Strategy. Purpose. Action.
This week, the DaWN Diverse Women's Network CIC team came together for an important hashtag session — taking time to reflect on what we’ve achieved so far and, most importantly, shape where we go next.
A huge thank you to Global Diversity Practice, our delivery partner, and particularly Farrah Qureshi and Arifa Syed, for bringing their expertise, challenge and insight to the session.
DaWN was created with a clear ambition: to connect, empower and create opportunities for women in business, helping them grow with confidence, visibility and purpose.
Our strategy session focused on turning that ambition into action — strengthening our offer, growing our network, developing meaningful partnerships and ensuring DaWN delivers real value for the women and businesses we serve.
What excites us most is the growing network around DaWN. It is becoming more than a network — it is a community of women, leaders, founders and allies who believe that when women succeed, our communities and our economy succeed too.
There is lots to do, but the direction is clear.
