Today, the Bradford Bulls Foundation were delighted to attend the Shared Lives Plus event at Bradford City Hall.

It was fantastic to meet so many individuals, carers, organisations and community partners who are passionate about creating opportunities for people to live fulfilling, connected and independent lives.

Events like these highlight the power of community, inclusion and meaningful relationships, values that are at the heart of everything we do at the Foundation. We enjoyed learning more about the incredible work of Shared Lives and exploring ways we can continue to support and engage with people across the Bradford district.

A big thank you to everyone involved for such a welcoming and inspiring event. Together, we can continue to make a positive difference in our communities. 💙🏉

🚶‍♀️🏉 Walkabulls: More Than Just a Walk 🏉🚶‍♂️

Today's Walkabulls session was a fantastic reminder of what makes our group so special.
People of all ages and abilities came together to get active, enjoy the fresh air, and share great conversations as we walked around the stadium. 💙❤️

We also witnessed a truly incredible moment. Jane joined us today and quickly realised that she knew Lorraine from over 26 years ago! Both from Halifax, they had worked together many years ago and hadn't seen each other since.

The amazing thing? They recognised each other straight away and spent the whole walk reminiscing about old memories, shared experiences, and good times gone by. 😊
It's hard to believe that after more than two decades apart, our walking group has brought them back together as though no time had passed at all.

Moments like these show that Walkabulls is about so much more than exercise. It's about friendship, connection, community, and creating memories both old and new.

Join us on Saturday 27 June as we celebrate grassroots rugby league with a special Community Club Takeover Game in partnership with West Bowling ARLFC!

The Bradford Bulls Community Foundation is excited to launch Walkabulls – a fun, inclusive walking session for everyone in the community!

📅 Starting Tuesday 2nd June
⏰ 10:30 AM – 11:30 AM
📍 Meet at Bradford Bulls Community Foundation at 10.30AM
👣 1 lap = 1km – go at your own pace, a gentle stroll or a steady walk or even complete 5 laps to do a 5km walk!
🤝 In partnership with Community Shop Tong Street – Community Hub
💬 A great way to stay active, meet new people, and enjoy the outdoors
✅ All abilities welcome

Yesterday, our incredible Bradford Bulls Community Foundation team took on the Leeds 10K, pushing themselves every step of the way to raise vital funds for our Our Home campaign.

From the early morning start to crossing that finish line, their determination, teamwork, and spirit truly embodied what our Foundation stands for 💪👏
Every mile they ran helps us continue delivering life-changing programmes across our community - supporting people of all ages to thrive, connect, and feel part of something special.
