🌟 We are very excited to welcome Iqbal Bhan OBE to Phab Festival as our Special Guest Speaker🌟

Join us this Bank Holiday Monday, 31st August, 12–6.30pm for a fantastic day of community, connection and celebration. 💫

Iqbal Bhan OBE has a long and distinguished history of community leadership and public service. He was a founding member of Batley Advice Centre and was appointed to the Batley Community Relations Council in 1975. From 1976–1983, he served on the North Kirklees Police Community Forum and the Dewsbury Community Health Council.

He went on to become Regional Director for Yorkshire & Humberside at the Commission for Patient and Public Involvement in Health, making a lasting contribution to communities across the region.

We are honoured to have Iqbal joining us at Phab Festival 2026. ❤️

🌿🦉 WALK ON THE WILD SIDE ARE COMING TO PHAB FESTIVAL 🐍🕷️🐰

We’re so excited to welcome Walk on the Wild Side to Phab Festival! 💜

Get ready to step into their incredible 40ft x 20ft exotic animal experience, where you’ll be able to get up close to an amazing variety of animals, including birds of prey, reptiles, invertebrates, rabbits and guinea pigs. 🦅🐍🕷️🐇

Throughout the day, weather permitting, some of the reptiles and invertebrates will come out for guests to meet, stroke and get a closer look at. You’ll also have the chance to see the birds of prey up close, ask questions and maybe even grab that all-important selfie! 📸🦉

Walk on the Wild Side are fully licensed, insured and DBS certified, with animal welfare and comfort at the heart of everything they do. ❤️

Please remember that animal interactions depend on the animals being happy and willing to participate on the day.
