With warmer weather becoming more common, a few simple changes can make a big difference to your comfort at home.

💡 Top tips:
• Keep curtains and blinds closed during the hottest part of the day.
• Open windows in the evening and overnight to let cooler air in.
• Stay hydrated and avoid using ovens and other heat-generating appliances during peak temperatures.
• Use a fan safely and effectively to improve airflow.
• Check in on neighbours, friends or family members who may be more vulnerable to the heat.

Small changes can help you stay cooler, sleep better and stay safe during hot weather.
