• Warm Homes Healthy People: Call 0808 168 3547 (Freephone). They provide emergency heaters, blankets, and help with boiler repairs if your heating is broken.

📢 Important Update: Advice Triage Line Changes
Please be advised of a temporary change to our Advice Telephone Triage Line schedule:
• Tuesday, 10th March 2026: The triage line will only be open from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM due to essential staff training.
• Thursday, 12th March 2026: Normal triage services will resume as scheduled.

📍 Spotlighting Our Advice Service (AQS Standards)
Facing a difficult situation? You don’t have to do it alone. Our trained, multi-lingual team provides free, confidential, and impartial advice to help you get back on track.

Welfare Benefits: Help with claims, appeals, and understanding your entitlements.

Housing & Debt: Support with rent arrears, council tax, and managing money.

Immigration & Nationality: Specialist guidance on immigration matters.

Crisis Support: Access to food bank referrals, fuel top-up vouchers, and SIM cards (eligibility applies).

Advice Triage: Join us every Tuesday & Thursday | 9:00 am – 12:00 pm.
