Productive Meeting Today

Today we visited the Assistant High Commissioner of Bangladesh (Mohammad Jobayed Hosen) with our newly elected MD Zafar Niaz - Labour Party representative serving as a local councillor for the Bolton and Undercliffe ward.

We had a great discussion focused on closer collaboration and how best to support the Bangladeshi community here in Bradford.

On behalf of BEAP, I shared our vision and key initiatives covering:
🏃‍♂️ Sports development
👫 Youth work, empowerment and visits to Bangladesh and Charity work
🎭 Cultural activities & heritage promotion
📄 Improved access to consular services

All these efforts are designed to strengthen our community and support Bangladeshi people locally.

Thank you to everyone involved for a positive and constructive conversation. We look forward to working together moving forward!

🏆 What an exceptional day for our BEAP Juniors teams at today's tournaments! 🏆

We are incredibly proud of all our players, coaches, and volunteers for representing BEAP with passion, commitment, and excellence.

🥇 BEAP Hawks Juniors U10s were crowned Eccleshill United Juniors Tournament 2026 Champions! A fantastic achievement by the team. Huge congratulations to Alamgir and Anwar for their outstanding work in managing and guiding the squad to victory.

🥈 BEAP Vipers U13s finished as Runners-Up in their tournament. This is an incredible accomplishment for a team that was only formed a few months ago. A special well done to Stephen Ellis for building and developing this team in such a short space of time.

🥈 BEAP Elite Development Centre also secured a Runners-Up finish in Frame 2. Congratulations to Coach Ishfaq Hussain & Imran Rasool for their dedication and leadership in helping the team achieve this excellent result.

Days like today reflect the hard work, dedication, and development taking place throughout our junior programme. Well done to every player, coach, and supporter who contributed to these fantastic achievements.
