Hi to the good people of Keighley,On Tuesday night/Wednesday Morning around 1:50 AM, two individuals were seen checking car doors in the Shann Neighbourhood, namely the Chase/West Way/Broadlands. They successfully opened two cars and sat inside each and rumbled around for 1-2 minutes before leaving.As we approach the holiday season, please be extra vigilant as incidents like this may increase. Here's how you can help keep our community safe:Ensure your car doors are locked and valuables are removed or hidden.Report any suspicious behavior to the authorities immediately.Consider installing motion-activated lights or security cameras.Stay safe, and let's look out for one another!

Dear Neighbours, We wanted to bring to your attention a recent incident involving two men seen checking car boots around the Shann Neighbourhood namely the Chase and West Way. This occurred on [03/09/24 around 4:10 to 4:15 AM], and several residents have reported noticing them acting suspiciously near parked cars, possibly looking for unlocked vehicles or catalytic converters most likely.Please stay vigilant and ensure your vehicles are locked and secure. If you notice any suspicious activity, report it to local authorities immediately. If anyone has security footage or further information, it would be helpful to share it here Coming up to the darker and winter months, thefts will be on the rise!Let’s work together to keep our neighborhood safe!
