Fergus's home check went really well, (we have a few small details to iron out) but all in all it is looking very positive 😀

He will have a vet check on Tues due to him having stomititus on admittance to the rescue. He also had all his teeth out apart from 3 canines so we want to check his mouth is all OK before the next stage.
One step nearer to your happy ever after my special boy ###x

❤️ TAMARA HAS LANDED IN HER NEW FOREVER HOME! ❤️

Our beautiful Tamara arrived at her new home this afternoon. 🥰
She spent the last week in foster with Jo after coming down a little sniffly. Following a vet visit, some medication and plenty of TLC, she soon bounced back and was finally able to make the journey to her new mum, Elaine. ❤️

Such a beautiful, loving girl who was loved from afar before she'd even arrived — and we just know she's going to be absolutely spoilt rotten!

You deserve nothing but the very best, sweet Miss Tamara.
Be happy, beautiful girl. You've found your forever. 🏡❤️ ###x

❤️🐈WE HAVE A POTENTIAL HOME WATCH THIS SPACE .....🐕❤️

🚨 FINAL PLEA FOR FERGUS — HE WILL RETURN OUTDOORS NEXT WEEK 🚨

This really is Fergus's last chance to find a home.

Unless we can find a very special person for him, Fergus will be returned to outdoor life next week.

Fergus is an ex-street boy with a bit of an edge and a huge amount of fear. God only knows what happened in his past to leave him so distrustful of people.

He has been with me in foster for nearly 6 months, living in one room. He still doesn't completely trust me — yet every day he jumps down to greet me, rubs around my legs, purrs and loves a fuss. ❤️

With strangers he's frightened. He will hiss and hide. He needs someone cat-savvy, patient and prepared to give him all the time and space he needs to trust them.

Fergus did have one incident of aggression shortly after a dental under general anaesthetic. There were circumstances that may explain what happened, and there has been absolutely no repeat in the six months he has been with me.

Keeping Fergus alone in one room indefinitely simply isn't a solution or a fair life for him.

If nobody comes forward, he will return to where he came from next week, where he will be fed, provided with outdoor shelter and closely monitored.

But before that happens, we're making one final plea.

There MUST be someone out there willing to take a chance on this frightened but loving boy and give him the home he deserves.

JIM & JOE ❤️

Just lately, I’ve started finding these two brothers sitting together — and it’s taken a few years in the making. 🥹

Both Jim and Joe ended up back with me after separate farm placements. Both decided farm life wasn’t for them and went AWOL, heading straight back to the familiar urban streets they knew — the noise, cars, people and, of course, the kind souls who fed them.

A farm may be perfect for a true feral, but it turns out it wasn’t right for these two gentle boys.

They spent years apart and I’m not even sure they realise they’re brothers, but somehow they seem to be finding their way back to each other. ❤️

Joe lost his soulmate and boyfriend Kenny this year and, heartbreakingly, he just hasn’t bonded with another cat since. 🥹

So seeing him sitting alongside his brother Jim feels just that little bit extra special. Maybe, after all these years, they’ve finally found something familiar in each other. ❤️🐾
