We just wanted to take this small window of calm between the end of term and next week's holiday club to say a huge thank you to all those who have raised funds or donated to us recently.

This is usually a tricky time of year financially for Zeph - stretching the bank balance over the summer often requires as much creativity as the frontline work! - but not this year. And that's down to many of you.

We have had a fabulous week hosting Seb on his work experience. He has been busy getting a full overview on what makes Zephaniah tick and has seen first hand how our values are woven into everything we do. . And keeping up with tradition - we ended the week with curry! Great working with you Seb & we hope to see you around again soon!

Nat & our Work Experience student Seb, joined the folks at St C's yesterday as they Fast Forwarded with Blakehill.

We love to be able to support churches any way we can to run these events & help them link with their local schools. It was great to see the St C team in full swing - good conversations were had in groups, excellent cake was consumed by teachers (and team!), and any worries or anxieties were discussed and noted, (and kept for prayer gathering as school starts in September).

This final stage of the Rewind Programme - builds on the relationships made over the years at Easter and Christmas events - and gives a chance for the children to look back over their time at Primary school, remembering all the good things, looking ahead to the exciting things to come, whilst also being assured that God goes with them when things may look scary.
