🎁 Secret Santa Appeal 2026 - Drop-Off Points Announced! 🎁

As Christmas approaches, we're once again asking our amazing communities to help make a difference for children and young people across Bradford, Calderdale and Kirklees through the Secret Santa Appeal.

This year, we have a new Bradford drop-off location. Sadly, due to the closure of The Kirkgate Shopping Centre Bradford, we are no longer able to use the centre as a collection point. We'd like to say a huge thank you to everyone at Kirkgate for being such a fantastic supporter of the appeal over the years. Their support has helped bring joy to countless children at Christmas, and they will be missed dearly.

🎄 Additional Bradford Drop-Off Opportunities 🎄

We'll also have a Secret Santa Appeal stall at the Bradford Bulls Community Foundation Christmas Market on 5th and 6th December, from 11am - 3pm, in the Southbank Conference Suite, Bartercard Odsal Stadium. If you're visiting the Christmas Market, why not bring along a gift and help make Christmas special for a local child?

You can also bring your donations to the Bradford Bulls Official Team Shop during their opening hours. (Check website for opening hours www.bradfordbulls.co.uk)

🎁 Please attach your tag to your gift. If you're bringing multiple gifts, please place them in bin liners or large carrier bags and clearly mark the tag code on each bag to help our volunteers sort donations efficiently.

👋 A message to our followers – an important update

Many of you will know this page as JCI Bradford. While JCI Bradford as an organisation formally ceased several years ago, this page has continued to be used to support two projects that began under its banner and have gone on to make a real and lasting difference in our community:

🐣 Easter Egg Appeal

Together, these appeals represent JCI Bradford’s legacy — projects that were born out of community spirit, volunteer commitment, and a belief that small acts of kindness can make a big impact. Thanks to continued local support, both appeals are still going strong and will continue for the foreseeable future.

🔄 What’s changing?
To better reflect what this page is now used for, we have rebranded this page to “Community Appeals.”
This simply gives the page a name that matches its purpose today — supporting and promoting community-led appeals that help families and children across Bradford.

This page will remain a place to share updates, celebrate generosity, and encourage involvement in these much-loved appeals.
