Celebrating Friendship and Creativity🎨

What a journey it has been! A group of incredible souls came together during some tough times, and what blossomed from that shared experience is nothing short of magic. Through laughter, love, and even tears, we’ve fostered friendships that will last a lifetime!

Months down the line, we’ve poured our hearts into creating beautiful pieces of art, each one a legacy we choose to share with the world. It’s amazing to see how our struggles have transformed into something so meaningful and vibrant🧡

Here’s to the countless more memories waiting to be made in the months ahead! And a special shoutout to Glorious Gloria—without her, who knows where we’d be?

A Special Day for Our Amazing Carers!💚

During Carers Week, the Bradford South Wellbeing Hub organised a rejuvenating trip to Harlow Carr Garden Centre in Harrogate, specifically for our dedicated carers. This was a wonderful opportunity for them to relax and enjoy a well-deserved break.

Thanks to our fantastic volunteer driver, Richard, who made the journey smooth and enjoyable! We indulged in delicious picnic boxes from Lily’s Café in Wibsey, lovingly prepared for our outing.

A special shoutout to our incredible hostess, Ann, and her wonderful assistant, Aven, who truly made the day special with their warm hospitality.

Everyone had a fantastic time, sharing laughter and creating beautiful memories amidst the stunning gardens. It was heartwarming to see the smiles on our carers' faces, reminding us how important it is to take time for ourselves.

Thank you to everyone who made this day possible! Here’s to many more moments of joy and relaxation.

We’ve recently updated our women’s gym with a fresh new layout and some fantastic new equipment, giving our ladies an even better space to train and achieve their goals💪🏼

Whether you’re looking to get stronger, improve your fitness, lose weight, or simply enjoy exercising with like-minded women, you’ll find a welcoming and supportive community here❤️

Gym opening times:
🕒 Monday - 12:30pm–2:30pm
🕒 Tuesday - 9:30am–11:30am
🕒 Wednesday - 12:30pm–2:30pm
🕒 Thursday - 9:30am–11:30am
🕒 Friday - 12:30pm–2:30pm

We also have small group sessions on a Tuesday and Thursday, starting from 10am🏋🏽‍♀️ and best of all? It’s FREE to attend!!
