What does it look like for the Church to respond well to the growing mental health crisis facing children and young people?

We’re excited to introduce the Coaching Academy & Network - a new, trauma informed way to equip ministry leaders, volunteers and youth workers working with children and young people.

The Coaching Academy is an accredited 10 month programme that deepens your understanding of children’s emotional worlds and strengthens your therapeutic insight -equipping you to support emotional and relational challenges, create calm regulating spaces, and embed coaching across churches, schools and communities.

Alongside this, the Coaching Network offers monthly supervision, reflective care, ongoing training and a UK wide coaching community - helping ministries build sustainable, relational practice so children can flourish.

A special evening at 10 Downing Street for the Prime Minister’s Easter Reception. It was a real pleasure for TLG to be invited! Our Chief Exec, Tim Morfin, was joined by other charity and church leaders - and children from their communities - to celebrate Easter and recognise the impact of Christians and local churches serving across the nation. It's always such an honour to represent TLG volunteers, staff and partner churches, and share the impact being made.
