Could you help shape a new model of therapeutic support that brings hope, healing and fullness of life to children, young people and families?

At Transforming Lives for Good (TLG), we're launching a pioneering Therapeutic Hub in Greenwich, partnering with Emmanuel Church London to provide high-quality therapeutic support for children, young people and families facing emotional and mental health challenges.

We're looking for an experienced, qualified clinician to join us as our Therapeutic Hub Head of Service; a mission-driven leader excited by the opportunity to:

💡 Lead a pioneering new Therapeutic Hub from the ground up
🤝 Oversee and support a team of counsellors, trainees, volunteers and therapeutic coaches
❤️ Deliver therapeutic support to children, young people and families with complex needs
🌱 Build partnerships with local schools, churches and community organisations
🚀 Help shape the future of TLG's growing therapeutic support programmes across the UK

📍 Location: Greenwich (Emmanuel Church London)
💼 Salary: £20,712.50 - £22,224.50 (£41,425 - £44,449 FTE)
🕒 Hours: 18.75 hours (2.5 days) per week
📄 Contract: Permanent
