Assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh

Young Light Foundation wish well upon you all, pray you all are in good health InShaAllah.

Young Light Foundation financially aid several families residing in Pakistan with your generosity. Unfortunately over the course of a year areas of Pakistan have been suffering severely due to poor weather conditions resulting in unsuitable living conditions.

A family we support in Pakistan, a single mother named Fatima of three young girls. Fatima’s house sadly collapsed a year ago due to a earthquake and herself and her three young girls have been living in a small garden tent. The tent as shown is merely suitable material and lacks stability and comfort. The living situation is disheartening to witness as the family unfortunately do not have a toilet and struggle to find some ease or peace during this hardship. The tent is continuously being invaded by snakes and other harmful species.

With the weather conditions becoming sadly worse, the living conditions are unbearable and help is needed.

“The Prophet Muhammad (S.A.W) asked: ‘Which charity is best?’ He replied: ‘That which you give while you fear poverty.” [Sahih Bukhari No. 500]

Young Light Foundation thank you all for your generosity and support received over the years. We are extremely blessed and cannot express our gratitude and appreciation to Allah- the provider and all merciful for allowing us to work and provide for those in need. We continue to raise money for our families alongside those individuals in need and pray we are successful in our cause, Ameen.

The reason we do not have pictures with all of our families is due to the Covid outbreak there has been a lockdown put in place. The people who are close we were able to reach them. The people who are further out we had to transfer the money to a shop close to them.

ZamZam, the miraculous water on earth. Is a cure for many diseases within our bodies and nourishes our souls. ZamZam is the name of the well which is situated in Masjid Al-Haram near Khana Kabaah. ZamZam holds significant importance in the history of Islam.

The Prophet (Sallallahu alayhi wasalam) said that best water on the earth is Zamzam water. According to Nabi SAW, it is just like as food and has the power to cure sickness. Happiness and blessings arise from drinking water zam – zam. This holy water serves to cleanse the heart so that human can be spared from envy and jealous that must exist in every human heart.

Imam ibn al-Qayyim al-Jawziyyah, may Allah have mercy on him, said, "Zamzam water is the best and noblest of all waters, the highest in status, the dearest to people, the most precious and valuable to them. It was dug by Jibril and is the water with which Allah quenched the thirst of Isma'il."

All praise to Allah, ZamZam water will be available to all wanting to buy. Young Light Foundation will be selling 5L bottles of ZamZam water for £30.

We thank you for your continuous support and generous donations, Alhamdulillah. Young Light Foundation are 100% donation policy charity, the founders of the charity do not take any percentage of the donations. The money raised will be given to those stricken by poverty and hunger. We will be supporting families and children residing in Pakistan. Families supported live in depriving areas, in need of aid.

Ibn `Abbas used to supplicate Allah, whenever he drank Zamzam water: “Allahumma inni as’aluka `ilman naïf`an wa rizqan wasi`an wa shifa’an min kuli da’in (O Allah! Grant me beneficial knowledge, bountiful provision, and a healing from every disease).”

Assalamu’alaikum warahmatullahi wabarakatuh

We are extremely grateful for the blessing bestowed upon us from the All-Mighty, allowing us to continue our work to raise awareness and funds to supports families in Pakistan, Alhamdulillah.

With great pleasure, members of Young Light Foundation will be undertaking the three peak challenge Allah willing on the 19th July 2020. The challenge consists of three mountains located in England, Wales and Scotland; Mount Snowdon, Ben Nevis and Scafell Pike.

We encourage you all to donate to our cause and support families and children in need. Your generous donations will support households with the means of food, household goods, fees cost and other needs, Allah Willing.
