Today, our Leadership Team at Manningham Housing Association came together for a dedicated development day, facilitated by Katy Walton, Director of Make Real Progress Ltd.

It was a valuable opportunity to step away from our day-to-day responsibilities, reflect on how we work together, strengthen collaboration and explore how we can continue to grow as a leadership team.

Through open conversations, shared perspectives and a focus on our collective priorities, we reinforced the importance of effective communication, trust, accountability and working towards a shared vision.

That's why we're pleased to launch our new STAIRs webpage!

STAIRs stands for Social Tenants Access to Information Requirements. It's all about helping you find important information about your home, our services, our performance and how we make decisions.

Your voice matters! Tenants reviewed our STAIRs Policy at our September Tenant Forum, and their feedback helped shape the final policy, which our Board has now approved.

We were delighted to support the Badminton Tournament at Keighley Leisure Centre on Sunday 4 October, alongside Keighley Town Council.

It was brilliant to see participants of all ages getting involved—including players in their 70s! The energy, enthusiasm, and community spirit throughout the day were fantastic.

Events like this are a great way to bring people together, stay active and support health and wellbeing across our communities.

A huge well done to everyone who took part and helped make the tournament such a success!

Digital IT Inclusion course had a successful start, with 10
residents benefiting from a class led by a qualified teacher.
The first session highlighted the importance of recognising a
genuine website to a fraudulent one; how to get on the NHS
website; and catering for the different needs of each resident.

Connecting our communities through health and wellbeing
Our residents from Anchor Court and St Mary’s Mags enjoyed a fantastic day out together at Lotherton Hall and Wildlife World.

The visit formed part of our work to encourage community connection, integration, health and wellbeing across our schemes — giving residents the opportunity to get out, socialise, build new friendships and enjoy time together.

The feedback has been really positive, and we hope this will be the start of more health and wellbeing activities bringing residents from both schemes together.

Our 2 schemes have been shortlisted for Best Suburban Affordable Housing Development at the Inside Housing Development Awards 2026.
The Inside Housing Development Awards 2026 will be presented on Tuesday, 24 November 2026, at InterContinental O2 in London.

Two Manningham Housing Association (MHA) schemes have been shortlisted for Best Suburban Affordable Housing Development at the Inside Housing Development Awards 2026.

Yesterday, 26 tenants joined us at Grange Interlink, Summervale Road, for our latest Tenant Forum and Consultation session.

It was a valuable opportunity for tenants to hear updates, ask questions, share their experiences and help shape our services. Discussions covered:

• Welfare and benefits
• Housing management
• Repairs
• Community partnerships and engagement
• Our summer community programmes

A huge thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the conversation.
Listening to our tenants and creating opportunities for meaningful involvement is an important part of how we continue to improve our homes, services and communities.
