We provide hot meals & drinks, clothing & toiletry essentials in a warm, safe environment. We have an open door policy & are open to anyone in need Emergency Food Pack Collection: Sunday 3:00-:4:30pm
Collections can be arranged outside these hours.

✅ 𝘾𝙤𝙢𝙢𝙪𝙣𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙁𝙞𝙧𝙨𝙩: 𝙈𝙖𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙎𝙪𝙧𝙚 𝙀𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙮 𝙁𝙖𝙢𝙞𝙡𝙮 𝙄𝙨 𝙍𝙚𝙢𝙚𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙧𝙚𝙙 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙍𝙖𝙢𝙖𝙙𝙝𝙖𝙣

Last week, we were truly honoured to support a beautiful Community Iftār organised for refugee and asylum seeker families, as well as isolated mothers and sisters in our wider community.

🫂 Because we believe no one should be left without especially at iftār time.

We contributed fresh fruit, a delicious variety of pastries 🥐🥨, refreshing drinks, and beautiful flowers 💐 to help create a warm, welcoming space where everyone could break their fast with dignity and joy.

💕 𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘨𝘢𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘮𝘰𝘳𝘦 𝘵𝘩𝘢𝘯 𝘫𝘶𝘴𝘵 𝘢 𝘮𝘦𝘢𝘭 - 𝘪𝘵 𝘸𝘢𝘴 𝘢𝘣𝘰𝘶𝘵 𝘤𝘰𝘯𝘯𝘦𝘤𝘵𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘱𝘢𝘴𝘴𝘪𝘰𝘯, 𝘢𝘯𝘥 𝘴𝘵𝘢𝘯𝘥𝘪𝘯𝘨 𝘵𝘰𝘨𝘦𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘢𝘴 𝘰𝘯𝘦 𝘤𝘰𝘮𝘮𝘶𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺.

While we may represent just one part of a far larger response to hardship, our foodbank serves as a vital and dependable lifeline for individuals and families experiencing homelessness or food insecurity across .

♨️ A warm meal is more than just nourishment, it is reassurance, dignity, and a reminder that support remains within reach. In times when options feel limited and cupboards are bare, access to a consistent, compassionate provision is not merely helpful; it is essential.

💡 Say - We offer a FREE drop-in, collection food service, welcoming anyone in need of a little extra support. Guests may collect: a hot meal, bakery items, fresh fruit, vegetables and additional essentials

During this blessed month of Ramadhān, we’re continuing our service every Sunday from 3:00-4:30pm, just as usual.

We’ll be offering a freshly cooked hot meal alongside fresh fruit, veg, bakery treats & much more for anyone in need - ready to collect and take away, with no referral required.

A big, heartfelt thank you to Beckfoot Heaton Primary School & Nursery for their generous donation of surplus milk and fruit snacks last week.

These extra items have been a fantastic addition to our menu, helping us support people facing food insecurity and ensuring more families can access the essential foods needed for a healthy, balanced diet. We’re so grateful for the support! 💚

Whether observing or , both remind of us of some same core values - generosity, compassion, and caring for one another 🤍

Today, we were proud to put those shared values into action by donating a range of stock to The Thornaby Hub Community Centre, Clayton ( Estate Community Action Group).

By coming together during these meaningful times of reflection and giving, we can make a real difference for our neighbours and our community.
