The multitalented Andy Lloyd proving that men CAN multitask as he sings, dances and makes chocolates for us this afternoon whilst his lovely wife, Jean, serves us a delicious afternoon tea! Thank you both for a great afternoon and to Graeme Parker for organising it.

WELCOME to our Peace fellow, REEM!
We are so pleased to meet you and hope you will enjoy your time with us in Bradford!
Reem arrived from Egypt where her family now live since the start of the devastating civil war in her home country of Sudan. She has already experienced conflict both in her personal and professional lives. She is now registered as a student of the Rotary Peace Centre - University of Bradford to do a 15 month Master's degree programme focusing on peace and conflict resolution.
She and nine others are sponsored by Rotary International and we are planning on seeing as much of them as their studies allow!

Bradford West Rotary is 52 years old now - celebrated in style at West Bradford Golf Club. As part of the celebrations, President Graham presented Rotarian Sarah Dixon with our highest award, a Paul Harris Fellowship, for her remarkable "Service above Self" in very many aspects of life in her village of Thornton, not least of which in playing a pivotal role in the purchase and development of Thornton The Bronte Birthplace, whose patron is now Her Majesty Queen Camilla
