A little inspiration from our archives: a tea party hosted by Pak Uk Fusion Society CIC in Birmingham.

Breast cancer remains the most frequently diagnosed and treated cancer at Shaukat Khanum each year. This Breast Cancer Awareness Month, host a Pink Tea Party at home, at work or at your place of study to support cancer care in Pakistan.

👟 5K Pink Walks 🩷 | Time for Yourself

This October, four towns and cities are hosting IKCA’s 5K Pink Walks for Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Led by incredible women from our local communities, the walks will raise awareness and funds to support our work with Shaukat Khanum in Pakistan.

Breast cancer remains the most frequently diagnosed and treated cancer at Shaukat Khanum each year. So grab your trainers and enjoy a stroll in your local park on Sunday.

China Trek Plus | Days Eight, Nine & Ten 🌲🥾

Our hiking team are back home, with plenty of memories to share! They rounded off their Great Wall adventure with three days exploring China’s rich history and culture.

🏅 Vietnam Marathon | Wishing Zafar Khan Good Luck! 👟🎽

Hello, October! We’re starting the month by cheering on Zafar Khan from Isleworth, who will take to the streets of Hanoi in Vietnam this Sunday, 4 October, to run 26.2 miles in support of our work.

At 65, Zafar is a stroke survivor and diabetic. He has dedicated the last six months to training, completing more than 540 hours of preparation.

Good luck, Zafar, and thank you for inspiring us with your determination! 💛

🎗️ Minsa | Childhood Cancer Awareness Month 🧸✨

As Childhood Cancer Awareness Month comes to a close, we’re sharing our final profile for 2026.

Thanks to your donations, Minsa from Lahore received care for Wilms’ tumour, a type of childhood kidney cancer.

She is now attending kindergarten, where she loves making new friends. 💛

More than 75% of those supported at Shaukat Khanum are eligible for Zakat assistance and other charitable donations.
