🎉 *Final Week of HAF Summer 2026!* 🎉

What an amazing day we had celebrating our *HAF Summer 2026 Party!*

We welcomed over 100 children and family members and gave out more than 80 gifts to children! 🎁 The children were so happy and it was lovely seeing all the smiles and excitement.

🎨 Children also took part in our Design & Decorate Workshop, getting creative and designing their own items to take home.

A huge THANK YOU to our partners who generously donated towards the gifts and helped us make the day extra special for the children. ❤️

We would also like to thank our amazing staff and volunteers for all their hard work and commitment throughout the programme. 👏

A fantastic way to celebrate the final week of HAF Summer 2026, bringing children and families together for fun, creativity and happy summer memories! ☀️💙

Summer HAF 2026 – Week 5!

Another lovely day at our Summer HAF programme! Today the children got creative with vegetable and flower planting, learning and having fun along the way.

We also made the day extra special by celebrating two of our children with a party, inviting their families to join us and celebrate together.

The children finished off the day enjoying football, outdoor games and plenty of fun with their friends. Another wonderful day of bringing children and families together and making special memories!

Community Support Every Wednesday, Bradford Foundation Trust attends the Bevan Drop-In Session, 10am–12pm, working alongside a range of organisations to provide support, advice and guidance to asylum seekers, refugees and people in need. It is a welcoming space where people can access different services, ask questions and connect with the right support all in one place.

Micro Grant Support Every Monday to Thursday, we run our Micro Grant Clinics in partnership with , supporting asylum seekers, refugees and people in need with financial assistance. The grants are there to help with essential costs and provide support to people and families who may be going through a difficult time. We are proud to work alongside the National Zakat Foundation to support our local community.

*Summer HAF 2026 – Leeds Road Festival*

What an amazing day at the Leeds Road Festival today!

Our HAF families enjoyed live music, dancing, food from different cultures, stalls, children’s rides and lots of free activities for the kids.

A fantastic day bringing families and communities together and making wonderful summer memories.

What a fantastic day at Hollywood Bowl! 💙 Children and parents enjoyed a fun-filled bowling session with lots of laughter, friendly competition and smiles all around! 😊🎳

Supporting Individuals, Building Skills Today we supported individuals through sessions focused on education, ESOL and employment skills, delivered in partnership with SkillsHouse Bradford Council. The sessions provide a welcoming space for people who want to develop their English, build confidence and gain skills to support their future employment opportunities. Every Tuesday & Thursday 10am–1pm A great opportunity to learn, connect and take the next step towards a brighter future. ☀️

IPSEA SEN Workshop

Today we had our first session with IPSEA, raising awareness around Special Educational Needs (SEN) and the support available to children and families.

We were joined by 10 parents who learnt more about children’s rights, legal support and navigating the education system.

☀️ Another fun-filled day at our Summer HAF programme!

Lister Park was packed with children and families having a lovely time together. We enjoyed a fantastic pizza party and picnic, played a range of multisports, and the children had lots of fun in the play area. 🍕⚽🛝

A wonderful day filled with laughter, activity, and special family memories! 💙
