Funding is now in place for eight new mission poles, ready to bring hope to communities across northern and eastern Ghana.

This August, our team will return to raise these poles in regions where many are still waiting to hear the Good News, helping share the light and truth of God's Word with those who need it most.

The Ahom (Tai Ahom) of north-eastern India are a proud people who once ruled Assam.

In 1838 the British defeated the Ahom and began ruling Assam. The Ahom lost their power and influence. Today they have low status in Indian society.

Most identify as Hindus, although many integrate traditional Tai religious beliefs and practices into their worship.

They believe that the dead go to heaven and become gods whom the living then worship. They believe their ancestors will protect them.

LORD, thank you that the Bible is available in Assamese. May the Ahom find the true way to heaven. Raise up Assamese-speaking believers to reach the Ahom.

The hippotherapy project in Ecuador has started another cycle of therapy sessions, continuing to bring support and encouragement to many children and families.

A new group of volunteers has recently joined the team, including an experienced physiotherapist who has spent several years working with children.

We give thanks to God for this real encouragement to the team during this season.

The Russian Buryat are the northernmost of all Mongol peoples and live in Siberia.

Many are farmers or loggers, others are highly educated.

Traditionally, Buryats practice a combination of shamanism and Tibetan Buddhism.

The first protestant missionaries arrived in 1818 but work only lasted 22 years.

LORD, send new labourers to build on these past efforts. Call Buryat believers to reach their people and encourage educated Buryats to find the Truth through their studies. May there soon be a complete, accurate Buryat Bible translation.

Our Rohingya language ministry is continuing to grow, reaching more people through shortwave radio and digital platforms.

Radio programmes are reaching isolated villages, while online content is connecting with Rohingya communities in Myanmar, India, and Bangladesh.

Our prayer is that these programmes continue to bring hope and encouragement to those listening.
