Established in 1991 and based in the UK, Human Relief Foundation is a leading international charity providing support to vulnerable communities across the globe, helping those affected by poverty, hardship, natural disasters and conflict. Our projects address issues related to refugees, food security, hygiene and education in some of the most deprived regions of the world, whilst being ready and a

ctive in times of crisis. We're currently providing humanitarian relief and the hope of a better future in Iraq, Pakistan, Bangladesh, India, Kashmir, Ethiopia, Togo, Yemen, Ghana, Jordan, and Lebanon. We operate out of three regional UK offices - Bradford (HQ), London and Birmingham, and six permanent overseas relief offices, located in: Jordan, Iraq, and Pakistan.

Meet Asmaa. A Palestinian orphan who is supported by Human Relief Foundation.

Last week, our team took Asmaa shopping ahead of Eid. Watching her pick out new things, eyes bright with excitement, was a moment none of us will forget in a hurry.

It is such a simple thing. And yet for a child who has already known so much loss, it means the world.
This is what your donations make possible. Not just food or shelter, but moments of pure childhood joy. Moments that tell a child: you are loved, you are valued and you are not alone.

Jumu'ah Mubarak to you all - our brothers and sisters.

These photos from a recent food distribution in Iraq are a powerful reminder of something the world too often overlooks.
Food poverty is devastating. And it is far more widespread than most of us realise. In Iraq, in Yemen, in Bangladesh, in Lebanon and in so many of the communities HRF works in, there are families for whom hunger is not an occasional hardship. It is a daily reality.

Parents skipping meals so their children can eat. Elderly people with no one to turn to. Families surviving on next to nothing in conditions that would break most of us.
On this blessed Friday, as we prepare to answer the call to prayer, let us pause and reflect on the extraordinary blessing of having enough. And let us carry in our hearts and our duas every family around the world that does not.

Your Qurbani reached displaced families and refugees in Lebanon this Eid.

Families who fled their homes with nothing. Who have spent months, some years, in the most difficult of circumstances. And this Eid al-Adha, thanks to your incredible generosity, they received fresh Qurbani meat.

A moment of joy in the middle of so much hardship. A reminder that they are not forgotten.

A basic water well - like this brand new installation in Sri Lanka - starts from just £280. That works out at 𝗹𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝗻 £𝟭 𝗮 𝗱𝗮𝘆 over a year. Less than most of us spend on a morning coffee!

Yet the impact of that well will be felt by a family for decades. Healthier children. Less illness. A quality of life that most of us take completely for granted.

🌙✨ Jummah Mubarak & Eid Mubarak | day 3

As we stand in Friday prayer on this third blessed day of Eid, gratitude fills our hearts. But true gratitude moves the hands.

Right now, families who rarely taste meat are receiving Qurbani packages, delivered by willing hands, carrying the spirit of Ibrahim's ﷺ devotion and our own. For a child in a war zone or a family in poverty, that parcel is not just food. It is dignity. It is the reminder that the Ummah has not forgotten them.

Qurbani teaches us that our blessings are not ours alone. Eid is not complete until everyone has a share in it.

Your generosity made that delivery possible. Keep believing – keep giving.
