Project Search Bradford Project SEARCH is a unique pre-employment program based at BTHFT which helps young people with learning disabilities transition into paid employment.

Project SEARCH is a pre-employment programme for young adults with a learning disability. It helps them to gain meaningful work experience in a large hospital setting. Originating in Cincinnati Children’s Hospital in 1996, the Project SEARCH model has grown to over 300 sites across the United States and rest of the world. Project SEARCH Bradford is a year long programme, based at Bradford Teaching

Hospitals. The goal of Project SEARCH is to support our interns to gain the skills to find paid employment.
