☕ You’re not alone… and you don’t have to do caring on your own. 💜
Our Online Peer Support group starts Monday 12th October at 7pm, and then meets every other week on Zoom.
It’s a friendly, safe space for people who care for others to talk, share, listen and connect with people who understand.
Whether you’re a paid carer, unpaid carer, PA, parent, supporting an elderly relative, or simply someone who has caring responsibilities in your life — you’re welcome. ❤️
There’s no pressure to talk if you don’t want to. Come as you are, grab a cuppa and join us from wherever you feel comfortable. ☕💕

We had a lovely walk on Monday — fresh air, good company and plenty of time for a chat. 💙

As a Volunteer Befriender with our Carers' Time Off service, you'll bring friendly companionship to a person being cared for, giving an unpaid carers a well-deserved break.
Share a hobby 🧶, enjoy a short walk 🚶🏼‍♀️ or spend time chatting over a cuppa ☕ during a friendly visit.
No personal care or heavy lifting. DBS check required.
