💜 So pleased he got checked & was fine! 💜

Simon Morris paid £300 to get a heart check alongside his 16-year-old daughter, expecting nothing to be wrong.
He was feeling completely well, running once a week, and regularly hiking mountains when he impulsively decided to pay for a check-up himself.
Cardiologist Dr Omar Aldalati carried out the test and immediately told the father of three that he needed to go straight to hospital. 😦
Tests later confirmed that a clot in his main artery had caused a silent heart attack, requiring an angioplasty to open up narrowed arteries supplying blood to his heart.
Looking back, the symptoms he had brushed off as indigestion, stomach ache, and stress during the summer were actually signposts of a far more sinister medical emergency. 😟
