We're being a bit brave and trying something new! Can you help?

Every year, we try and make special times of year like Christmas and Eid a little bit easier for our patients in our mental health wards.

We know these occasions are often spent with family and loved ones. Unfortunately, that's not always possible for our patients. We want to make sure they receive a thoughtful gift, letting them know that someone is thinking of them.

This year, we're taking part in the Big Give Campaign and we're looking for supporters to help us reach our target.

We're delighted to have the backing of fantastic local businesses like The Office Interior Group, whose support are making both our Lynfield Mount redevelopment and our Football Tournament possible.

Our football tournament takes place place this weekend, with our superstar BDCT Team taking on teams from Bradford Hospitals, Airedale, and Calderdale & Huddersfield NHS trusts in some friendly competition.

We're looking forward to cheering on all the players and sharing the results and some piccies from day.

We wanted to take the time to say thank you to Caroline who has signed up for the Great North Run and has already smashed her fundraising target.
Caroline says "Running 13.1 miles will be tough, but it's a small challenge compared to what many people face every day. If you can spare a few pounds, I'd be incredibly grateful. We would like to say a huge thank you to Katie who on the weekend completed her first open water swim at Rutland Water. Raising an incredible £443. Katie says "The first part was tough, but once I found my rhythm in the water, I really enjoyed it. It wasn't easy, and I'm still feeling it now, but swimming 2.3K in 1hr 5mins made it all worth it. I'm really pleased with the result!”
