Helping young people dream it, create it, and live it — one skill, one story, one success at a time.
Before we got married, we’d talked about a longstanding vision to create an offer that would support young people to be inspired to be all that they could be. During this time, I (Carolyn) won a bid for funding to start up a communit
y project after pitching the Youthology concept to the corporate organisation I worked for. The timing wasn’t quite right as we were just about to be married and couldn’t give the project the attention it needed. I returned the cheque and we parked the vision whilst life became busier with the addition of 3 children over the next few years. The vision never went away, life changes led to career changes; from working for a local charity to delivering substance misuse and mental health support in prison, and leaving a corporate telecommunications company to establish an early-years setting for children. Recent events have changed the scope of social interaction, work and education, impacting mental and emotional health. We realise there is a need now, more than ever, to reignite the hopes and dreams of young people. Our desire is to encourage physical, psychological and social wellbeing. Achieving this through bespoke services such as mentoring and tuition from the wide range of subjects and providers we partner with. We both love creative pursuits and look forward to connecting with young people in innovative ways to realise their potential. We believe our offer to connect them in an ever-changing world will equip them to be inspired and to inspire.
