You May Have Many Shortcomings… But THIS Can Change Your Final Abode.

A Muslim may struggle with sins.
They may have weaknesses.
They may fall short again and again.

But there is something far more dangerous than simply having shortcomings:

Corruption in ʿAqeedah.

When a person dies upon Tawḥīd and correct ʿAqeedah, their sins beneath Shirk remain under the Will of Allah — He may forgive them, or they may be punished before ultimately entering Jannah.

But Allah gives a severe warning regarding Shirk:

“Indeed, Allah does not forgive association with Him, but He forgives what is less than that for whom He wills.”
— Qur’an 4:48

This is why learning and protecting your ʿAqeedah is not a small matter.

Your actions matter.
Your sins matter.
Your repentance matters.

But never underestimate the importance of dying upon Tawḥīd.

Protect your ʿAQEEDAH before everything else.

You Can Reject His Wrong… And STILL Want Good For Him.

What happens when a Muslim says or does something you strongly disagree with?

Do you immediately treat him like an enemy?

The Qur’an still describes the believers as brothers — even when conflict occurs between them.

And that teaches us something important:

Muslim Brotherhood does not mean agreeing with everything.

You can stand firmly upon the Sunnah.
You can reject Bidʿah and wrongdoing.
You can correct what needs to be corrected.

But the bond of Islam should still push you toward something deeper:

To advise him sincerely.
To want his guidance.
To want what is good for him.

Because correction is very different from hatred.

Sometimes the real test isn’t whether you can identify someone’s mistake…

It’s whether you can still want good for them after you do.

Speaking Truth To Power Doesn’t Always Mean Speaking PUBLICLY…

When wrongdoing happens, the immediate reaction can be:

“Call them out.”
“Expose it.”
“Say it publicly.”

But is that always the wisest way to bring about correction?

Islamic guidance teaches that sincere advice to those in authority requires more than simply identifying what is wrong.

The method matters too.

Because advice meant to correct can sometimes turn into public conflict, division, or unnecessary agitation — while the original wrongdoing remains unchanged.

The goal is not to protect wrongdoing.

It is to correct the wrong without creating a greater wrong.

That means considering sincerity, wisdom, community unity, and the manner taught through the Sunnah and emphasized by the scholars.

Sometimes the strongest advice isn’t the loudest.

You Say Bismillah Before Eating… But Do You Know What Happens AFTER?

You finish your food, throw away the bones, and probably never think about them again.

But the Prophet ﷺ taught us something remarkable about the Jinn that most Muslims may never have heard before.

When the Name of Allah has been mentioned over food, even what remains can become provision for our brothers from amongst the Jinn.

A narration from Sahih Muslim gives us a glimpse into a world we cannot see — and shows that even something as simple as saying Bismillah carries wisdom far beyond what we realise.

You’re Fasting… But Are You Protecting Your FAST?

Fasting is more than leaving food and drink.

There’s a way to spend the Day of Fasting that protects your heart, increases your Hasanāt, and brings you closer to Allah.

Stay close to the Masjid.
Recite the Qur’an.
Make Duʿā.
And be careful where you spend your time.

Because what you do while fasting can make a much bigger difference than you realise.

Protect Your FAST Before Anything Takes Away From It.

Some matters will not be settled with an apology post, money, or excuses.

On the Day of Resurrection, the rights of people will be taken seriously.

If you wronged someone, mocked someone, slandered someone, took someone’s wealth, broke someone’s heart unjustly, or oppressed them in any way — fix it now before your good deeds are taken from you.

A person may come with mountains of good deeds, but if they harmed others, those deeds may be distributed to the people they wronged.

Oppression is not small in the sight of Allah.

Settle what you can in this life before it is settled for you in the next.

May Allah protect us from oppressing others and from being oppressed. Ameen.

Before you believe a hadith, understand this.

Islamic scholars did not accept every narration simply because someone claimed, “The Prophet ﷺ said…”

They developed a deep and rigorous science known as Mustalah al-Hadith — the methodology of verifying reports.

A hadith was examined through multiple layers:

Was the chain connected?
Were the narrators trustworthy?
Were they accurate in memory?
Was there any hidden defect?
Did the narration contradict stronger reports?

Even a sincere person’s narration could be rejected if their memory was unreliable, their chain was incomplete, or their report conflicted with stronger evidence.

This is why the science of Hadith is one of the greatest protections of Islamic knowledge.

It preserved the words, actions, and teachings of the Prophet ﷺ with care, discipline, and honesty.

So before spreading or believing a hadith, verify it.

Not every quote is authentic.
Not every viral reminder is reliable.
And not every narration should be shared without checking.

The religion is preserved through knowledge, not guesswork.

Not everything that looks “religious” brings you closer to Allah…

Sometimes, the danger is hidden.

A practice is introduced.
People start calling it good.
It becomes normal.
Then slowly, a Sunnah disappears.

That is the real harm of Bidʿah.

It does not only add something new.

It pushes something authentic away.

And this is why the warning is so serious.

The issue is not whether people like it.
The issue is not whether it feels emotional.
The issue is not whether the crowd accepts it.

The question is:

Did the Prophet ﷺ teach it?
Did the Companions act upon it?
Is it from the Sunnah?

Because in matters of worship, personal feelings cannot replace revelation.

Every innovation in the religion opens a door to misguidance, even if people decorate it with good intentions.

So hold firmly to the Sunnah.

Because once the Sunnah is abandoned, confusion begins.

Watch till the end.

Death is not the same for everyone…

For one person, it becomes the beginning of relief.

The Angels come with glad tidings.
Allah is pleased.
Jannah is waiting.
And the soul is honoured.

But for another person…

death becomes the beginning of punishment.

The Angels come with terrifying news.
Allah is displeased.
Jahannam is waiting.
And the soul is taken in humiliation.

This is why death is not just something to fear.

It is something to prepare for.

Because the real question is not:

When will I die?

The real question is:

What will the Angels say when they come for me?

Live in a way that your meeting with Allah becomes a moment of mercy, not regret.

Most people think worship is only about completing the action…

Pray.
Fast.
Give charity.
Recite Qur’an.

But Ihsan is deeper than that.

Ihsan means doing what is good with excellence.

And in Islam, the Prophet ﷺ explained it beautifully:

To worship Allah as though you see Him.

And if you cannot reach that level, then remember:

He sees you.

These are not small words.

Because when a believer worships with the awareness that Allah is watching, the worship changes.

The prayer becomes different.
The duʿā becomes different.
The recitation becomes different.
The heart becomes more awake.

Ihsan is not only about outward actions.

It is fulfilling the conditions, pillars, Sunnahs, and etiquettes of worship…

while your heart is fully conscious that Allah sees you.

So the next time you stand in Salah, ask yourself:

Am I just performing the action…
or am I worshipping with Ihsan?
