Hot weather reminder ☀️☀️☀️

With temperatures remaining high, staying hydrated is especially important for older and vulnerable people. If you are visiting an older relative or have a vulnerable friend or neighbour, please check that they have something to drink and perhaps have a cuppa whilst you are there.

PS Some older people may not always feel thirsty, even when they need more fluids.

Here are our lovely Swap Shop volunteers, ready to help you get stocked up on school uniforms. We have loads of donations and more are getting dropped off each day so just keep bobbing over to have a look! You dont have to donate...just get what you need...EVERYTHING IS FREE!

We'd like to thank all the stall holders at Keighley Market for the warm welcome and support, they really have been so good to us!
