Good Food Keighley With alologies we have gad to close. We hope to be open again soon in another premises. Welcome to Keighleys Social Supermarket. How does it work?

We are open 10am - 2pm Mon, Tue, Wed & Fri. It is £1 membership to join then £5 to do a shop of 10 items. The Good Food Shop is run in partnership with The Parish of Keighley with support from local organisations such as Keighley Salvation Army, we are also part of the Food Savers Network. We operate like a “social supermarket”, stocked with food surplus from various sources to prevent food waste.

Membership is available via referral from various local support agencies and schools. You pay £1.00 for 6 months membership. This enables you to shop with us once a week, paying £5.00 for 10 items of shopping. Is this only for people with certain benefits? Anybody who the referring agencies & schools think could benefit from our service is eligible – we don’t even need to know your circumstances, although you are always welcome to chat with us and see if any of the organisations we have links with can help in any way. Thank you Specsavers Keighley for the amazing donation. We have been operating now for 4 years with a lot of people dependent on this shop with the current cost of living, so this donation will allow us to continue to help people suffering with food poverty. Thank you all again.
