After Michael & Julie Davies daughter, Elizabeth-Ann, sadly and unexpectedly died aged 16 in 1990 - their friends gifts were used to establish a drinking water well in the village of Burlavaripalem in Andra Pradesh, South India (about 200 miles north of Chennai / Madras. Friends support enabled them to create The Elizabeth-Ann Charity which now has been able to change the lives and opportunities for everyone living there. Now the Charity efforts concentrate on supporting the Elderly and 37 children in The Elizabeth-Ann Home. Michael & Julie visit and stay in the village for a week or two most Februaries (when the weather is not excessive!)
