Some of the IceBreakers community are taking on Snowdon 4 times, back-to-back - the equivalent of half the height of Everest - in a single day.

Showing up together. Carrying it as a group.

It’s all to raise funds to keep IceBreakers sessions free and accessible for more men.

Last month some of our Chapter Leaders came together for a training weekend - a chance to share experiences, strengthen skills and deepen our understanding of what it means to lead safely.

From sunrise qigong to throw-rope drills and cold-water rescues, the focus this year was water safety, making sure every IceBreakers session across the UK is held with care, awareness and respect for nature and one another.

A huge thank you to all our Leaders for the time, heart and commitment you give to your chapters every week and a warm welcome to those stepping into leadership for the first time 🙌

Together we keep this community safe, grounded and growing. đź’™

Too many men still face life’s hardest moments alone - moving somewhere new, a relationship ending, money worries, health knocks, the quiet isolation of rural life.

And sometimes it’s not about struggle, it’s just about staying steady. A bit of mental maintenance. A way to feel grounded again.

Whether life feels full-on or you’re simply looking for more connection or challenge, every man needs space to pause, breathe and reset.

IceBreakers is a growing network of men’s groups rooted in nature connection.

We gather outdoors - in water, around fire, on woodland walks, in saunas - to share, to reset and to practise facing life’s challenges side by side.

It’s not about high performance or quick fixes, and it’s not therapy. It’s about presence, honesty and belonging.

We’re here to help men feel more connected to themselves, to each other and to the natural world.
