Responsibilities of the Ardoch MUGA Committee:
• To facilitate and support MUGA use by the whole community
• Facilitate setup of member run sports/ training clubs
• To organise and book timetable to maximise use
• To review use on a regular basis
• To co-ordinate ongoing maintenance and upkeep of the MUGA
• To provide, store and maintain equipment for the MUGA
• Fundraise and source grants for re
quired funds
Meetings held Quarterly and open to all members of the community. Timetable reviewed Quarterly - January - April - July - October
School use facilitated during the school term alongside community access. Open session £0 - No requirement to book, just turn up and play (informal play)
Booked Sessions £0 - Book one of sessions - Ideally 48 hours in advance e.g. tennis (formal play)
Club Sessions £0 - Booked for 12 week sessions and reviewed each Quarter (Jan/Apr/Jul/Oct)
All sessions currently £0 (free of charge) - our aim is to remove barriers to sport and activity. Committee Members:
