The centre is also available for private hire for parties and events at weekends. The Parks Community Centre is a local community facility on The Parks development in Bracknell. Managed by The Parks Community Association (a registered charity run entirely by volunteers) the centre is home to a number of community and fitness groups, a pre-school, and a football club. We have a large hall and a mee

ting room, kitchen facilities, a small enclosed garden and a sports pavilion with four team changing rooms. All these facilities are available for regular or occasional hire. The adjacent tennis courts, multi-use games area, football and cricket pitches are managed separately by Bracknell Forest Council. Please refer to our web site for information on booking our facilities. As all enquiries are dealt with by volunteers please allow a few days for a reply to any emails or voicemails!

AED UPDATE

Our AED was a few years old and replacement batteries and pads (which were close to needing replacement) are no longer available. So we've replaced it with a shiny new one! This has a couple of features the old one didn't - there's a switch for use with children (under eight) and a metronome to help keep rhythm when delivering cardiac compressions. While AEDs are designed to be used without training (it tells you what to do when you open the lid) if you are a regular user of the community centre or a nearby resident why not check out this short video to be well prepared - just in case? Painter and Decorator wanted

We are a volunteer-run charity community centre and are looking for a reliable painter and decorator to help refresh our centre.

We’re seeking quotes from experienced local professionals who can paint several areas of the building and help give the centre a fresh new look for the benefit of our community.
