Tomorrow, 10 October, is World Mental Health Day 💚

It’s a good reminder that mental health matters to all of us, at work and outside of it and that sometimes the smallest things can make a difference. Checking in with someone. Taking the time to really listen. Asking “How are you?” and giving them the space to answer.

Support is available if you or someone in your team needs it, including free online mental health and wellbeing support and subsidised training.

We also have Mental Health First Aider and Refresher training running again in 2027.

World Mental Health Day is celebrated every year on 10 October. The theme for 2026 is “Lived experiences heard: real voices, real change”.

TSA launches fire audit to strengthen safety and insurability in commercial laundries: New independent audit programme aims to help reduce fire risk and build confidence among insurers.
