2211 Bracknell RAFAC are an air, space and cyber minded youth organisation, who provide a range of challenging, unusual and amazing opp

ortunities and activities for young people aged 12 - 18 years old. Please note that the lower age limit is 12 and started Year 8 at school. We parade 2 evenings a week, Monday and Wednesday, from 1915 to 2130 hrs. What activities are on offer? As an Air Cadet, there are an immense amount of opportunities available if you want to take them! Some of the activities we offer are flying, gliding, first aid, road marching, leadership courses, camps in the UK, overseas camps, fieldcraft, expeditions, Duke of Edinburgh award, shooting, rock climbing, skiing, community events, drill and parades, aviation studies, camping, radio communications, aviation modelling and more!! Prior to this, we would love to welcome you down to the squadron for a tour and a chat about all the things we do. How can I get involved as an adult?
2211 is run by a team of adult staff, some uniformed and some civilian. As well as cadets, we are always looking for adult staff volunteers - either to join the squadron staff or to represent us on our civilian committee. You don't need any special skills or qualifications to join us, just a willingness to get involved! if you would like more information or are interested in joining as an adult volunteer - get in touch!
