The stage is packed away, the barrels are empty, and the field is finally quiet. We want to send a massive thank you to everyone who came out on Saturday. The atmosphere was absolutely brilliant, the music was fantastic, and it was amazing to see so many of you dancing and enjoying the day with us.
Party for a purpose:
As a reminder, Brackley Summerfest is 100% volunteer-run, and the Brackley and District Round Table is a registered charity (charity number 1105952). Every single penny of profit from yesterday goes straight back into the community. By buying a ticket, grabbing food, and drinking at the bar, you have directly supported the Brackley Round Table Santa Sleigh, national charities, and vital local community activities—from supporting local schools and residents in need, to funding community clubs. Give yourselves a massive round of applause!
Lost Property 🧢
We have gathered a small amount of lost property from the field during our cleanup. If you lost anything yesterday, please email us at [email protected] with a description of the item. We will hold onto these items for exactly two weeks before donating or disposing of them.

Our next community event: The Santa Sleigh 🎅
While we are recovering from Summerfest, our sights are already set on Christmas! Our next major community-focused event will be bringing Santa to visit Brackley and the surrounding villages.
We are currently embarking on a complete rebuild of Santa's sleigh ahead of his visit this winter. To keep up to date with the build progress and his upcoming routes, make sure you follow the dedicated Brackley Round Table Santa Sleigh page.
Who we are:
The entire festival was organised and put on by volunteers from the Brackley and District Round Table, a social club for men aged 18 to 45. There are no secret handshakes, no weird initiations, and no special uniforms—just a normal bunch of guys who meet up twice a month for friendship, laughter, doing something a bit different, and wanting to make a difference in our community.

We also want to thank the amazing bar staff and drinks providers, including Twisted Tree Brewery, the team who built the stage and the marquee, as well as the technicians who ensured all the lights and sound worked!
Also a massive thanks to our security team and to St John West Northamptonshire who kept everyone safe. And a big thank you to Brackley Town Council and Brackley Town Mayor for all of your support too.
