Step 3: Taste a little more… just to be sure.
Step 4: “One last piece” (it’s never the last piece).

If it passes the very important me test, then I know it’s good enough to send to you! 🥩👌

The yellow fat, the perfect spice, the authentic flavour that’s the kind of biltong that never lasts long in my house.
