Over the past three years, Healthy Movers has gone from strength to strength, demonstrating sustained achievement, meaningful impact, and a deep commitment from everyone involved.

The programme has consistently shown how fun, motivating activities can significantly improve children's physical activity levels, physical literacy, and overall development. Through engaging resources, practical training, and ongoing support, Healthy Movers has helped children build confidence, coordination, balance, and a positive relationship with movement.

People are more likely to take action to become more physically active if they see themselves in the stories they see, and the news they read.

We are on the lookout for Movement Stories: Case studies or stories of how local people across Dorset have been positively impacted by Physical Activity.

If you, or someone you know has a story to share which may encourage others to move more, we would love to hear from you.
