As we reach the end of the year, I would like to take a moment to reflect on what has been an extremely positive and successful period for our squadron. Although I am still new in post, it has already been a privilege to see first-hand the professionalism, commitment, and enthusiasm shown by our cadets and staff. I am immensely proud of what has been achieved and of the strong foundations already in place by you all.
Throughout the year, our cadets have continued to demonstrate high standards, resilience, and teamwork across training, activities, competitions, and community engagement. These achievements are a credit to everyone involved and clearly reflect the strength and potential of the squadron.
Looking ahead, I am full of confidence and hope for the year to come. We are in an excellent position to build on our successes, raise standards further, and provide even more opportunities for our cadets to develop and excel. I look forward to working with you all as we continue to push forward together.
I would like to thank our staff, civilian committee, families, and supporters for their continued dedication and support. Your commitment plays a vital role in enabling our cadets to thrive.
As we approach the Christmas period, I encourage everyone to take a well-earned break, enjoy time with family and friends, and reflect on the many positives of the past year. I look forward to seeing you all in the New Year, refreshed and ready for the opportunities ahead.
Merry Christmas and best wishes for a happy, healthy, and successful New Year to you all.
