Unity Events is a Bournemouth-based collective dedicated to raising awareness of Peace One Day (http://www.peaceoneday.org/). We transform spaces into a creative hub filled with music, enchanting art and positive vibes. We aim to create a space that brings people together and sparks inspiration that encourages you to define what peace means to you and how you can be actively involved in being a pa

rt of that movement. We want to provide a chance to celebrate together as a means to remind each other that a little Unity can have a long-lasting positive impact on you, and those around you! So come join us, whether you’re here to celebrate Unity – or just to have a dance!

Bournemouth you are a truly special place, saturday night was incredible. The energy and positivity you all put into celebrating Peace Day was something beautiful to be a part of and we are so grateful to everyone that came and shared that with us.

So much love and thanks to all of the artists and performers, every single one of them got behind the meaning of the day and that in itself was so uplifting.

Most importantly, thank you to Mark Berry and The Wi******er for providing a place that made Unity Events possible. We can think of no better place to celebrate unity.

Peace Day is on Wednesday 21st September, we really hope we've set off your celebrations in a positive way and left you thinking about how you will spend this Wednesday.

We have Hi-Ho and MattJRHurley kicking things off from 6pm, before Freeway Poets take to the stage at 7pm.

We're serving delicious food until 9pm so come and grab a bite to eat.
