For anyone who’s been curious about coming to At Dawn but wasn’t quite sure what to expect… hopefully this gives you a little glimpse 🌊

No pressure to be good at sea dipping. No pressure to know anyone. Most people arrive a little nervous and leave wondering why they didn’t come sooner 🤍

It’s just women meeting by the sea, slowing down for a couple of hours, doing something a little outside our comfort zones and warming up afterwards with good conversation, hot drinks and biscuits.

The kind of morning that makes the rest of the day feel softer somehow ✨

🌅 Dawn Social– March 28th 🌊

Join us on the 28th March at 8:30am at Gordon Zigzag as we mark a beautiful turning point in the year — the last day of winter and the beginning of British Summer Time.

Just like this moment: faces lifted to the morning light, arms open to the sea air, breathing in the promise of longer days ahead.

Let’s gather on the beach to welcome the change of season — celebrating brighter mornings, lighter evenings, and (hopefully!) the return of warmer water.
