What a morning ☀️

The sun was shining good and proper, the sea was on our side and we had such a lovely bunch down with us this morning. So many new faces too which we always love to see 🤍

We even got to celebrate a 50th birthday with a sea dip — not a bad way to start a birthday!

Lots of good chats, connection, laughs and of course matcha, cacao and biscuits afterwards 🍵🍪

Thank you to everyone who came down and made it what it was. Such a lovely morning by the sea.

It really is a rather beautiful little gang — and we’d love to welcome some new faces. Whether you’re a seasoned sea dipper or have never dipped a toe in the sea, you are very welcome.

So… what are you waiting for? Come and find your people. 🌊🫶🏼

And because no good morning should end without a hot drink … At Dawn Café will be open afterwards for hot beverages ☕️ and a sweet snack 🍪 before you head off to take on the day.

Some mornings just remind you why we do this. 🌊☀️

This morning’s dip was one of those. The sea was beautiful, the sun was shining, and there was such a calm, gentle feeling in the air.

A huge thank you to the lovely Joanne for hosting today’s dip so beautifully. 💛 It felt really special to share the morning together.

Whether you came for the sea, the conversation, or simply a slower start to your weekend, thank you for being part of it.
