Named after the nearby ancient Elsea Wood, and situated at the edge of the lively market town of Bou

Elsea Park has been designed and developed to complement its unique surroundings incorporating both the historic character and charm of Bourne with the Lincolnshire countryside and beautiful ancient woodlands. Bordering Elsea Park are Elsea and Math Woods which are both registered as Sites of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI). The Trust has been working carefully to preserve and protect these important wildlife habitats, especially for the nearby badger setts.

It’s hard to believe the summer fun is coming to an end — Urban Beach ’26 closes today at 4 PM!

We’ve loved seeing so many families, friends, and neighbours connect and make memories together. 🌞

After an incredible run of sunshine and fantastic attendance — not a single day missed! — we’re disappointed to announce that due to forecast rain, the Beach is closed today.

But the fun continues! 🎩✨
Join us instead for the Magic Show in the Community Centre, where the smiles and surprises will keep the summer spirit alive.

🌞 Urban Beach ’26 – Week Two Highlights!
What a fantastic week it’s been at Elsea Park — sunshine, smiles, sandcastles, and plenty of fun for everyone!
Thank you to everyone who’s joined us so far — the beach has been buzzing with families enjoying the deckchairs, mini‑golf, and all the seaside vibes right here in Bourne.

🎪 Tomorrow (Saturday 15 August) we’re excited to host our Circus Workshop — a brilliant chance for kids (and grown‑ups!) to learn juggling, balance tricks, and more.

🍦 Events at The Centre will also be opening the bar in the Centre, but don’t worry — they’ll still be selling a selection of drinks and ice creams for just 50p, alongside the usual premium drinks at standard prices.

Come down, join the fun, and make the most of Urban Beach ’26 before summer slips away!

🔥 Urban Beach ’26 – Thursday Heatwave Update! 🔥

With temperatures set to soar tomorrow, we’re moving Punch and Judy indoors to the lovely air‑conditioned centre next to the Beach so everyone can stay cool while enjoying the show.

🎭 It’s still completely FREE for everyone!
Come chill out, grab a seat, and enjoy the classic seaside fun without melting.
