⭐️ Important Info for Bourne End Fun Night!

Join us on Friday, 5th December, from 4-8pm for an evening of fun, food, and festivities. Road closures will be in effect.

The Parade, Stage, and Food Zone remain mostly the same as last year, the Craft Market and Stalls will be through the library, the highly popular BEFN Tombola is in the Target Room, and the Community Centre main hall will host PTA and charity games, the mulled wine café, and of course, Santa himself!

Don’t forget to explore the community and charity stalls throughout the streets, and enjoy the fabulous fairground rides and stage events. See you there! 🎄✨

PARKING INFO FOR FRIDAY 5th DECEMBER:
Wakeman Road car park is open all day and evening and is free of charge that day! HOWEVER, vehicular ACCESS to the carpark will BE CLOSED between 4-8pm so you will not be able to enter or leave between these times. If you are arriving before 4pm and leaving before 4pm, or leaving after 8pm then feel welcome to use it.

Alternatively we have arranged parking in all the following locations also FREE OF CHARGE which are accessible from times shown;
- Bourne End Train Station car park from 12noon onwards (thank you GWR)
- ⁠Cores End Road business park (opposite St Dunstans); certain businesses from 4pm, stewards will direct you (thank you to each business for support)
- ⁠Boston Drive business park (opposite Station); from 5pm (thank you Shellwin Estates)
- ⁠St Dunstans carpark: ACCESSIBLE PARKING ONLY for those requiring it (thank you St Dunstans)

Try to attend on foot if possible. Park sensibly, considerately and legally. There is a parking suspension in place through the entirety of Wharf Lane and Oakfield Road, due to the traffic diversion. Do not park in those roads at any time or on the side elsewhere on the main road. Parking on the parade is suspended from 11am. Do not park there after that time and ensure all vehicles are removed before then. Cars may be towed and removed if left in any parking suspension zones.
