There are good nights at lodge, there are better nights at lodge and occasionally there are incredible nights at lodge.
Tonight was definitely the latter. We always have a great time when we are visited by Neptune Lodge, and tonight was no exception. They came en masse and the banter and friendship between our two lodges was clear to see. However, the reason we were all there was to Raise Bro. Dave to the sublime degree of a Master Mason. Dave was the best candidate that you could possibly ask for, his Q&A were faultless, his signs the same and the way he conducted himself around the lodge was as if he’d been doing it for years.
WM Bernie Harding 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻 that is how a Masonic meeting is run, well done, it doesn’t get better than that.

Monday evening saw the team Passing Brother Dave to the second degree in an incredible performance of the ceremony.
We welcomed the Area Chairman to present a 50 year certificate to W.Bro. Reg Wolstenholme and also to receive a cheque for £1500 for the 2027 Festival. Another great evening at St Christopher!

We a fantastic meeting last evening. Bro Paul was Passed to the second degree in fine fashion by the Worshipful Master and his team. On this occasion we were also joined by the Provincial Junior Grand Warden and members of Provincial Grand Lodge as an official visit. The relaxed meeting was followed by a fun festive board and a surprise presentation to the PJGW in the form of a cheque for £1500 in aid of the Festival.
