A lovely day to be part of the Wyberton Wombles Big Borough Spring Clean 🌱💚

With a fantastic team of nine, we covered:
• Haven Riverside up to Metsa
• Windsor Bank, including Tower Road and Freiston Road
• Woad Farm Road, Kingsway and Fishtoft Road
• Tower Street along Witham Bank

Great teamwork, fresh air, and a real difference made to our local environment. Every bag collected counts! 🙌♻️

Thank you to everyone involved today litter picking the Haven river bank and Maud Foster Drain, including the Wyberton Wombles Of Boston Common, together we collected over 30 bags of litter half a guitar and the obligatory cone 😊

What a great morning, we would like to thank everyone who came along on this icy day to litter pick along the River Haven and Windsor Bank and help make this the success it was.
We were also joined by Sally Bird RiverCare & BeachCare and Stephen Bromby Asda Community Champion and supported by Wyberton Wombles Of Boston Common.
We collect over 30 bags which in turn have been collected by Boston Borough Council

Riverside Litter pick

After a visit of the area we would like to cover two areas, meeting at -
Geoff Moulder Carpark to cover the Windsor Bank to port area.
Meeting near Metsa to cover Haven Riverside .
We are meeting at 10am and hoping to complete in an hour.
Please wear boots and warm clothing and we will have equipment.
