We had our second party at our regular monthly meeting last night! Following on from our big extravaganza last week, we partied again, just with our members. We were entertained by the fabulous Jo and her troupe of tappers, unveiled our new wall hanging which was made by our members and enjoyed some tasty cake.

We have had such a fabulous evening celebrating our 90th birthday with our members, past members, trustees of Lincs South Federation WI and our fellow members from Sutterton, Amber Hill, Whaplode and Sibsey WI . The hall looked so lovely with the decorations, we shared a delicious buffet, and were entertained with songs through the decades by the wonderful Helen Verney.

There was a fabulous atmosphere in the room - almost 120 women having a great time together.

Thank you to everyone for making it the success that it was - the committee, the members and our guests!

Our September meeting yesterday was our pre 90th celebrations, we treated our members to ice cream (if you know Boston, we have a local ice cream maker, Skinners and this year was their 90th year too, theme forming and they have delicious ice cream).
From the recent WI magazine we made the lavender cupcakes for all to enjoy with their cuppa, plus had a good speaker and our amazing President has spent many months in putting a book together on the history of Frampton WI which we gave a copy to our ladies last night and has been given the thumbs up!
To top it off we had six visitors who thoroughly enjoyed the evening, so will be busy next week contacting you all as I missed the meeting last night so don’t worry you’ll be hearing from us very soon!
Well done Frampton WI, you are all amazing! ❤️

Just look at the wide variety of subgroups on offer for our members. Surely something for everyone here - as much or as little as each person wants!

What a wonderful afternoon we have had today! The committee laid on a scrumptious afternoon tea at St Mary's Church for almost 80 members and guests. We had a talk by one of our committee members, Pat, who told us all about her experiences when she entered the Chelsea Flower Show.

The tables were laid with vintage china, and the church was buzzing with conversations.

Members and friends had a wonderful boat trip today out at sea on the Boston Belle. It was lovely and sunny and a bit windy, but not too choppy! We saw the sights of Boston from a different angle plus a variety of birds and seals.
