Did you know that Wimbledon players can only go to the toilet twice per match? And their toilet breaks can only be five minutes long (that includes getting to and from the toilet).

Which may seem strange, but a well-timed toilet break could turn the tide in a tough match. According to a study by the University of Manchester, 71% of bathroom timeouts occur when a player had lost the previous set. AND players are over 10% more likely to recover if they take that break.

Even players like Djokovic have admitted how a toilet break can help: "It's true - sometimes these things are necessary. The toilet break was the turning point.”
