Self-Love Through Collage Making Workshop at The Old School House

What to expect?

Create three collaged hearts that honour where you've been, who you are now, and who you're becoming. Through guided prompts and mindful making, explore self-love across past, present, and future in a welcoming, judgement-free space.

Using curated collage materials and bespoke canvases, you'll slow down and reconnect with yourself through paper and process. Leave with three beautiful hearts (to chain together or keep separate) and a deeper sense of self-appreciation.

Perfect for anyone needing time to pause, reflect, and reconnect.

Duration: 2.5 hours
Maximum participants: 15 people

Who is it for?

This workshop is for anyone seeking a mental break and space to reconnect with themselves. No art experience needed. Just bring yourself and an open heart.
