Join me on Saturday 25th April at The Amethyst Cave for a 2.5-hour mini retreat designed to help you slow down, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with what truly matters.

This time, we’ll dive a little deeper with practices to support vagus nerve flow, helping your body move out of stress and into calm, clarity, and grounded confidence.

You’ll experience:
• Breathwork and gentle movement to regulate the nervous system
• Chakra-balancing meditation to release tension
• Guided reflection to realign with your goals and intentions
• We’ll finish with a peace mantra, a relaxed community circle, and a nourishing cacao drink.

We have two roles available:
1. Chef (Full Time) - 32+ hours per week, competitive salary based on experience 🍳 daytime shifts, working under our head chef - professional kitchen experience required

2. Temporary Chef (Full Time) - 30+ hours per week from late August to end of September - we’re on the search for a service chef to join us for just over a month serving our reduced food menu - strong possibility of further work in future

Community Action Network (CAN) are working with Dorset Clinical Commissioning Group (CCG) and its members in the voluntary and community sector to create a mental health and wellbeing hub in the heart of the community of Boscombe. This space will provide the community with access to a wide range of services in a location where they feel safe and secure. The Hub will be funded by NHS England.

I've been tasked with the job of engaging people from the Boscombe community to gather YOUR feelings and opinions and learn from your experiences (both positive and negative) of accessing support and advice services locally.

With so much at stake there's a real commitment to get this right. A community hub will only benefit the Boscombe community IF the Boscombe community is involved. This is your chance to tell the powers that be exactly WHAT, WHERE and HOW you want advice and support services to be delivered in Boscombe.

Over the course of the next three months I'll be popping up all over Boscombe, talking to people, asking questions and listening to your views and ideas. People also have the opportunity to complete an online survey here:
