Friends of Borden Church of England Primary School Volunteers who help:
To raise funds to help the school and provide extra resources for the pupils. Most importantly to have lots of fun!

Friends of Borden School (FOBS) are a team of volunteers made up of parents & carers, who work very hard to fundraise and support Borden Church of England Primary School To run social events for parents and children, providing opportunities to meet and get to know each other. Provide support for in school activities and events, such as the Sports day, Harvest Festival and other special occasions.

To carry out our activities and events in the most cost effective manner possible, by careful planning, budgeting and purchasing. To ensure that the costs to parents and pupils of taking part in events are not prohibitive. To assist in maintaining and improving the outdoor environment of the school. Getting involved in gardening and tidy up days. To improve communication between the Friends, school, pupils and parents. To liaise with and improve links to local community groups. Our supporters are very generous both in terms of the donation of money and supplies as well as the most precious gift of all… time for which we are genuinely very grateful
