Last Thursday our Conquer Life team made a commitment.

Together, our staff and volunteers signed the very first edition of 'The Conquer Life Promise', our shared commitment to the young people we work with.

Going forward, every person who joins Conquer Life as a worker or volunteer will sign this promise before working with our young people.

A promise to create spaces where young people feel safe, welcomed, heard and able to grow.

A promise to help young people:

Because youth work is not just about delivering activities. It's about helping young people move from belonging to leadership.

It was the closing chapter of an era.
The energy was at its highest.
Every room was full.
The culture was undeniable.
Everything we'd built had came together.
The people, the moments, the feeling you can't really explain.
SZN 6 was a celebration of all of it.
Of how far we've come.

Our growing team stepped into their power and together we found our identity.

Our first ever PRIDE SZN showed what VIBE really stands for: A safe space where everyone belongs!
No judgement, just being our authentic selves.

And people felt that.

SZN 4 was IDENTITY

We weren't running a youth club..
We were building a culture.

One that people wanted to be a part of
